The West Monroe Kiwanis Club is having their 3rd Annual Peanut Day on Friday, March 30th.
Kiwanians will be accepting donations and passing out peanuts to say "thanks" at the intersection of Well Road and Hwy 80.
All proceeds will go toward the eradication of IDD (Iodine Deficiency Disorder), the world’s leading cause of preventable mental retardation. Kiwanis International has helped save over 8 million children from this disorder. Kiwanians around the world are working to raise $75 million and totally eliminate IDD from the planet!
